Clinic Policies

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may lose their deposit or be charged.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or rebook your treatment so other clients are not affected.

Please tell us about any changes to your health, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding before each treatment. Some treatments are not suitable in these cases.

Where a review appointment is included, it should be booked within the time advised at your treatment.

We are a calm, appointment-only clinic. We ask that guests are courteous to our team and other clients.
