Araam Aesthetics, The Plaza, 535 King's Road, First floor, Unit 1.24, London SW10 0SZ, is the data controller for information you share with us.

Contact details (name, email, phone), appointment history, and the medical history, consent forms and clinical photographs needed to treat you safely.

Messages you send through our website chat assistant, and basic technical data such as browser type.

To assess your suitability for treatment, provide care, manage bookings, respond to enquiries and meet our legal and insurance obligations.

We never sell your data. Clinical photographs are only used for marketing with your separate written consent.

Trusted providers who help us run the clinic, such as our booking system (Pabau), and your GP or other clinicians where medically necessary or with your consent.

Medical records are kept for at least 8 years after your last treatment, as recommended for clinical records. Other data is kept only as long as needed.
