Urgent Care & Safety
Your safety comes first. Most side effects after treatment are mild and settle within a few days, but please read this guidance and keep it to hand.
In an emergency, call 999
Call 999 or go to your nearest A&E straight away if you experience:
- Sudden or severe pain, especially at or near a filler injection site
- Skin turning white, blue, grey or mottled, or a lace-like pattern on the skin
- Any change in vision, blurred vision or loss of sight
- Difficulty breathing, swallowing or speaking, or swelling of the lips, tongue or throat
- Drooping of the face, weakness or slurred speech
Tell the medical team which treatment you had and when, then contact the clinic once you are safe.
Contact the clinic promptly
